The
NFPB was turning up the heat for the final 2 go-rounds of the 2001-2002
Federation Finals. The
evenings performance of man vs. beast started as usual with all its
poetic glamour that has become expected from the great personnel elected
to work this years finals. This
year’s personnel did an excellent job coordinating this weekend event
and deserve a hand for all their efforts.

start the crowd all had one thing on their minds, who would be this years
Champions? With the crack of
the gate the moment of anticipation was over and the stage was set for the
final go-rounds.

Adam
Proctor, Hallsville, MO, covered his 4th bull at the finals for
a score of 88 points on # 7 owned by Jim Bollinger.
This ride not only gave him the win in the 5th Go-Round but also
was the high score for the finals and won him the Chris Hume Award.
